Gurley Transit and Tripod Original Leather/Wooden Box Un-restored. This wonderful transit is in excellent condition. I believe it is fully functional and it is marked U. The serial number is 171496 so if you use the first two numbers this instrument would date to 1917. There is a loose white reflector that I think goes on one side. The case is a wooden box that is wrapped in leather. The leather is coming apart and the straps are missing. The Tripod is made by C. Berger & Sons, Boston USA. I strive for 5 stars. If you feel something has fallen short of that, please contact me before leaving feedback.
