It is complete and it is one of the first electric bell ever made. It has a pusher on back and electro magneto are working (you can tested it with 6 to 12 volts). This bell belonged to the Carmen de Areco railway station (signed Carmen) and it is part or the south american railway history.
This station belonged to the Urquiza line in Argentina. Carmen de Areco station is out service some decades ago.
This early electric bell is unsigned, but made in England. Excellent antique condition with no, restoration, missing or broken parts. Oak case measures: 24 centimeters X 22.5 centimeters X 13 centimeters (tall excluding bell). Complete tall including bell is 21 centimeters. Diameter of bell is 12 centimeters.
