Corgi James Bond 270 Rare Transitional Whizwheels Version 1977 Original Box

  

A lovely vintage Corgi 270 James Bond Aston Martin DB5. This is the rarer transitional 1977'Whizwheels' version (made only in 1977/78) - in gloss silver, with a red interior, gold bumpers, solid'whizzwheels' and comes with the gadgets developed by Q - the ejector seat, the machine guns at the front and the rear bullet-proof screen. This is the remodelled version by Corgi with the Striped Window Box and the instructions now on the rear of the box (no longer were there secret instructions).

The Aston Martin is in very good cosmetic condition with no marks and very little rubs. The roof sits slightly open when closed. The car's gadgets work - the front machine guns, the ejector seat (comes with a'baddie' figure) & the rear bullet-proof screen pops up (needs jiggling to go back down). The box (stripped window version) is in good condition for its age with minor wearing to the edges, and plastic window is intact with slight creasing to the top.
