Should be in a museum in my opinion. Manufactured out of solid brass. No cracks to the glass.

On the dial it reads The Hanna MFG CO. The Patina " Screams " on this antique. Manufactured by The Hanna Manufacturing Company of Troy, New York. Appears that this scientific instrument functions in my opinion.
