T-6 TEXAN RENO AIR RACER ORIG. REVELL MODELS ART STUDIO BOX COVER PAINTING! This is a beautiful fine art original painting in air-brush and acrylic on Crescent cold-press illustration board. This painting was custom made in 1990 for a plastic model kit box cover by an artist for the now defunct Revell Models in Morton Grove, IL.

Painting is signed by Stu Sheppard noted Revell aircraft artist. This painting is a large 19" X 11" image size. Painting is in EX condition with no fading or chipping or damage and is still very vibrant, has great detail and colors and fantastic under lights as you can see in the photos!

This painting as well as all others in my collection are guaranteed Vintage Original and Authentic. There are VERY few of these model paintings left as companies typically destroyed the original after print films were made. I have shown a picture of the actual model kit production box the painting was originally used for.

The box top photo is for reference only and is not included in this listing, This is a rare opportunity for any serious aviation enthusiasts to add to his art collection with it's large gallery size. In very fine condition for it's 32+yr. Age and would look impressive in an office, den or hobby display room, Aviation gallery or a military themed collection.
